Dave Storey, a Naval Academy graduate, joined QTS in 2001as a principal after retiring from the Marine Corps and having worked with several large defense contractors. He brought his large business expertise to the small business world and modified internal processes to ensure business development success. In addition to being a hands-on proposal manager Dave has created and presented proposal management courses for the Small Business Administration 7j training program and the U.S. Navy and Office of the Secretary of Defense small business development programs. His expertise includes how to make a winning GSA contract offer and how to use your GSA schedule after you win to take your company to the next level. Dave provides consulting services to clients ranging from very small businesses to publicly traded corporations.
